Back Pain Relief Using Core and Abdominal Workouts

The most effective way to back pain relief is using abdominal and core workouts. Most people who have back pain go running to the doctor for advice. I’m sure we all know what to expect to get when we go to the doctor for ANY kind of pain. Muscle relaxers and pain killers. Although these are both effective in relieving pain and helping you get to sleep, they produce almost no results in long term recovery. In fact, taking pain medication can even make your back pain worse. When you take pain medication, you don’t feel pain (obviously). But that is part of the problem. If you don’t feel the pain, then you will also not feel it if you hurt yourself even more. And when the medicine wears off, you will be even worse off then you were before the medicine. So pain is actually your friend in terms of actually getting better.
The reason why back pain relief using abdominal and core workouts is the most effective is because most back pain stems from your lower back muscles not being strong enough to support the weight of your upper body. Many people get a horrible feeling of bones grinding together because all of the weight and pressure is on the lower back joints. In order to truly get over this problem for good, you have to do it the hard way which is proper exercise and stretching. Its not always easy to get better when you have years of damage on your back. But recovery IS possible! Don’t continue to let your quality of life be ruined by problems that are fixable. And don’t be afraid to work hard because almost nothing good in life will come without hard work. So if you really want to end your back pain and shape up, there are many recourse’s to guide and help you along the way. Stop at nothing to live a quality life!!
