3 Tips For Sciatica and Back Pain Prevention
Posted by admin in Prescription Pain Killers on July 11th, 2009
As a Chiropractor practicing in Philadelphia for the past 21 years, my goal has always been to fix my patients problems as quickly as possible and to provide them with easy and effective treatments that they could do at home. In this article, I will discuss three things that everyone should do to prevent issues with their body.
Tip # 1:
Start each and every day with a nice warm drink that consist of warm water, apple cider vinegar and organic honey. This natural remedy has been shown to ease and prevent body aches and also boosts the immune system as well.
Tip # 2:
Practice Tai Chi at least three times a week. Tai Chi is great for relieving stress and strains and totally relaxes muscle spasms in the body. You can take Ta Chi at local recreational and community centers and more and more Chiropractors are adding Tai Chi classes to their practice. If you’re not the type of person that likes exercising in a group, you can always purchase a Tai Chi DVD or video and exercise at home.
Tip # 3:
An old, Medical Doctor told me that one of the best therapies for treating and preventing muscle aches and pains is a warm bath soak with Epson salt. I have found that when the muscles are tight and inflamed a warm bath soak with Epson salt works just as well, if not better than some of the over the counter medications out there.
So, there you have it, three natural solutions that I personally use and recommend for back problems.
