As a rough guide, for every pound of body weight you have, you should drink about half an ounce of water (to that pound) on a daily basis. So for example, if you weigh 200 pound, you should drink roughly 100 ounces of water each day. Add in a dash of sea salt to your daily drinking water, as this will aid your body to retain the water and absorb it rather than its just clearing through your system quickly.

Stick to your drinking water routine and don’t give up. Quite soon you’ll notice the benefits of its enjoy health will improve magnificently. It’s not all physical as well — you’ll also notice a marked improvement mentally, with a quickened mind and better memory.
