Back Pain Starts with a Weak Core
Did you ever stop to think how many different types of back pain there is? It can be because you are overweight and is spine is in the incorrect position, or it may be used to injury, disease or one of many other different reasons.
Saying this, there is a certain area of your body that - if strengthened - can work wonders for relieving your pain, sometimes permanently! A particular area is called the “core” of the body, meaning the main trunk of the body, excluding the arms and legs.
So what’s the best way to strengthen the “core”?
Actually there are a few ways. Find a technique that suits you and you will see how much wonders can be worked by building up these particular muscles.
Step one is to decide on which technique to use. There is quite a choice. As an example, stretching and stamina exercises like Pilates or yoga are ideal for strengthening the core. Some may take it to the next level with using weights or using gym equipment. Whichever way you choose, the main thing is that you stick to the exercise regime until you start to see these benefits (and even then you must keep maintaining them).
Strengthening the core of your body should not be underestimated. The amount of benefits and it gives you much you built your core to a good level of strength is unmatched. The core of the body also consists of the abdominals, side oblique muscles, and upper chest as well as the obvious lower and upper back. Strengthening these muscles will ensure you have excellent overall strength.
You’ll need to bear this in mind - since the common conception of building the core is simply doing crunches and pushups. Unfortunately this isn’t the case - there is a lot more muscles that need working.
In addition to building up for the core, you’ll need to introduce some extra protein into your diet in order to build the muscles up, otherwise you may drain your energy, and may suffer some form of injury.
